मृदु व्यवहारः---

●एक प्रेरणादायक कहानी

संत के पास एक व्यक्ति आया और बोला, 'गुरुदेव, आप प्रवचन करते समय कहते हैं कि कटु से कटु वचन बोलने वाले के अंदर भी नरम हृदय हो सकता है। मुझे विश्वास नहीं होता।' संत यह सुनकर गंभीर हो गए। उन्होंने कहा, 'मैं इसका जवाब कुछ समय बाद ही दे पाऊंगा।' व्यक्ति लौट गया।

एक महीने बाद वह फिर संत के पास पहुंचा। उस समय संत प्रवचन दे रहे थे। वह लोगों के बीच जाकर बैठ गया। प्रवचन समाप्त होने के बाद संत ने एक नारियल उस व्यक्ति को दिया और कहा, 'वत्स, इसे तोड़कर इसकी गिरी निकाल कर लोगों में बांट दो।' व्यक्ति उसे तोड़ने लगा। नारियल बेहद सख्त था। बहुत कोशिश करने के बाद भी वह नहीं टूटा। उसने कहा, 'गुरुदेव, यह बहुत कड़ा है। कोई औजार हो तो उससे इसे तोड़ दूं।' संत बोले, 'औजार लेकर क्या करोगे? कोशिश करो, टूट जाएगा। वह फिर उसे तोड़ने लगा। इस बार वह टूट गया। उसने गिरी निकाल कर भक्तों में बांट दी। और एक कोने में बैठ गया। एक एक करके सभी भक्त चले गए। संत भी उठकर जाने लगे, तो उसने कहा,

'गुरुदेव, अभी तक मेरे प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं मिला।' संत मुस्कराकर बोले, 'तुम्हारे प्रश्न का उत्तर दिया जा चुका है। पर तुमने समझा नहीं। व्यक्ति ने आश्चर्य से कहा, 'मैं समझ नहीं पाया।' 

संत ने समझाया, 'देख जिस तरह कठोर नारियल में नरम गिरी होती है। उसी प्रकार कठोर से कठोर व्यक्ति में भी नरम हृदय होता है। उसे भी एक विशेष औजार से निकालना पड़ता है। वह औजार है, प्रेमपूर्ण व्यवहार। यदि किसी के कठोर आचरण या वचन का जवाब स्नेह से दिया जाए तो उसके भीतर का नरम हृदय बाहर आ जाता है। वह खुद भी मृदु व्यवहार करने लगता है।'

शिक्षा- मृदु व्यवहार कठोर हृदय को भी कोमल बना सकता है।

● उसके पास समस्त है!!

SOFT BEHAVIOR:---

 A person came to the saint and said, 'Gurudev, you say while preaching that even a person who speaks bitter words can have a soft heart.  I do not believe.'  The saint became serious after hearing this.  He said, 'I will be able to answer this after some time.'  The person returned.

A month later he again reached the saint.  At that time the saint was giving discourses.  He went and sat among the people.  After the discourse was over, the saint gave a coconut to the person and said, 'Vats, break it and take out its kernel and distribute it among the people.'  The man started breaking it.  The coconut was very hard.  He didn't break even after trying a lot.  He said, 'Gurudev, this is very tough.  If there is a tool, I will break it with it.'  The saint said, 'What will you do with the tools?  Try it, it will break.  He started breaking it again.  This time he broke.  He took out the kernel and distributed it among the devotees.  and sat in a corner.  One by one all the devotees left.  The saint also got up and started leaving, so he said,

Gurudev, my question has not been answered yet.'  The saint smiled and said, 'Your question has been answered.  But you didn't understand.  The man said in surprise, 'I don't understand.'

 The saint explained, 'Look, the way a soft ball falls in a hard shell.  In the same way, even the toughest of the hardest have a soft heart.  It also has to be removed with a special tool.  It is a tool, loving behavior.  If someone's harsh behavior or words are answered with affection, then the soft heart within him comes out.  He himself starts behaving softly.

 Lesson- Soft behavior can make even a hard heart soft.
